What we do
Pipeline and utility right-of-way. Route research, landowner outreach, and easement negotiation and acquisition for gathering lines, transmission pipelines and utility lines. We have handled pipeline projects up to 200 miles long.
Surface use and damage agreements. Negotiate surface use agreements and damage settlements for pads, roads, flowlines and facilities.
Drill site and surface assessments. Confirm ownership, existing easements, access and restrictions before a location is staked.
Easements for operations. Roads, power lines, water lines, saltwater disposal and facility sites.
Surface acquisitions. Negotiate fee surface purchases for facilities, yards and other operations.
Surveys. Coordinate with our in-office licensed professional surveyor, including rush surveys needed to close a transaction.
