What we do

Rule 37 and Rule 38 exceptions. Identify affected parties, prepare notice lists and support spacing and density exception applications with the Railroad Commission of Texas.

Production sharing agreements. Secure production sharing agreements from mineral and royalty owners for wells that cross lease lines.
Allocation wells. Set up allocation wells, and convert allocation wells to production sharing wells to reduce risk and increase value for a divestiture.
